Call of Duty Elite: Best Assault Rifle for Long Range Maps
Call of duty elite brings many new maps to the table. Many of the new maps are long-distance based sniper maps. In order to be an effective sniper you need to use the correct equipment, weapon attachment, proficiency, perks and kill streaks.
I would recommend using the Barrett 50 caliber sniper rifle. I choose a sniper rifle because of the huge ammo clip size and the fast rate of fire. The Baird 50 caliber sniper rifle is best used for watching bridges and opposing sniper buildings. I recommend using the thermal attachment so you will be able to see the enemy in hot white. The enemy will appear in hot white and they will be easily eliminated by the Barrett 50 Cal sniper rifle. You want to use the kick proficiency to reduce recoil while shooting your rifle.
I recommend using the Claymore to watch your back while holding a position. If you’re holding a position like a sniper tower, I recommend using a portable radar. The portable radar will alert you if any enemies are nearby. You will notice that the portable radar will make a beeping noise when the enemy is around. Great thing about portable radar that not only you can see it. Your teammates can also see it and it will help them eliminate the enemy. Beware, if the enemy has the perk Sit Rep, they will be able to detect a portable radar and destroy it without you or your teammates knowing about it. So a good idea is to place the portable radar in some place where it cannot be easily accessed.
