A Great Stock Lesson
Sunday, August 28th, 2011
I learned a great stock lesson in the Internet yesterday. I was watching a show about how to sell stocks and bonds. My mom wanted me to go take a shower because I was all dirty from rubbing my face in salt and mud all day, but I really was interested in learning about finances, so I watched this video. It actually kind of turned out to be one of those comedy videos that teaches you something useful about finances. My uncle was a stockbroker before he died a tragic death, so I think it runs in the family. My mom says my uncle actually lied about that and that he was a dancer and professional mean spirited guy for a living, but I think my mom is jealous of my uncle’s money and success in his love life. He certainly did have a lot of mysterious love affairs with the ladies in the congregation at church. He gave them stock tips, and they usually had some sort of romantic interaction with him afterwards to repay him for his stock tips and general kindness.
