The 10 Minute Trainer is the most effective workout there is for me. I like this a lot because it got rid of my love handles. I love looking at my abs now. I get more inspired to work out more each day because I am actually seeing results.
This workout DVD is everything I need and more. This is actually very good because it’s so fast. You are done before you know it. This is perfect for me because it’s impossible for me to workout for more than an hour a day. I do not have that much time.
