SPIRAL TRANCE AT THE PSYCHO DRIVE ROCK CLUB

The week was full of Linden Lab issues for everyone in SL, making it hard to judge if the show would actually take place. Nevin Nightfire was asked to sit in with SPIRAL TRANCE on lead guitar to assist with AV’s. Below: Nevin and I go over details of the show as I reassure him all will be fine.

Showtime: SPIRAL TRANCE finished sound check 5 min before showtime with a few lag issues but nothing major. As AV’s began to arrive to the club. I took my spot at the side of the stage where I could help when needed. The contest of the evening was “Best Rock Star”. We gave away $L1000 each to best female and male rockstar dressed. The heavy advertisement along with the contest prize brought a large draw to the show!

From my seat, it was impossible to get close enough to take any band photos without crashing due to the large crowd & the poofers. Even with the typical SL glitches, the show was a huge success with the backing tracks and vocals streaming in perfectly mixed. The evening was one of the most exciting nites yet in SL for me! Thanks SPIRAL TRANCE!

Later in the evening I changed into my PJ’s and went back to the club to collect the gear and tips. I ended up hanging out for nearly an hour in my bunny slippers, speaking to new SPIRAL TRANCE fans and going over the night with 1Road. Once I got back to my office, I finally sat down for a turkey dinner and pumpkin pie.
